Using the drop down select the gang sheet size you would like to order and click “CREATE DESIGN” button. A new tab will open and you will be able to begin creating your gang sheet.
Click on the blue button “Upload files” and bring them into the gang sheet. You can arrange them in any order and size you would like. Feel free to add in pocket size to fill up any empty spaces but do not place your images outside of the broken purple lines or the images will be cut off!
Make sure all images are sized correctly and that the images are on a TRANSPARENT background with a 300 DPI size for each image or the background will print on the gang sheet. Gang sheets are printed exactly "AS IS" and no modifications will be made.
After uploading all your images to the gang sheet click on the green "Confirm" button on the top right corner of the screen. You will be prompted to return to the product page. Select “Redirect Now”
Click the green button “Confirm my designs” to checkout as normal confirming the quantity and sizing is correct. Make sure to enter a valid email to complete the order and be redirected to the payment options.

UV DTF APPLICATION
- Make sure surface is clean and dry
- Rub backing of transfer with a squeegee or card to ensure image transfers to carrier sheet
- Peel transfer off white backing from a corner & line it up on substrate
- Rub entire design and make sure it is smooth on cup/substrate . You can use a squeegee or debit card to smooth it onto the surface. Make sure to rub out all air bubbles.
- Adhesive is extremely strong, once placed down it will be very hard to remove
- Slowly & carefully peel the clear film off
